UMD men’s basketball slips past Augustana

On Friday, the University of Minnesota Duluth men’s basketball team upheld their undefeated home-game streak, beating NSIC opponent Augustana 70-61.
For the Bulldogs, Caleb Siwek led the team in points tallying 25, followed by Austin Andrews with 14 and Mattie Thompson with 11. Augustana was led in points by Tanner Te Slaa, who netted 19, followed by Akoi Akoi with 12 and Bennett Fried with 11.
UMD averaged 46.8% in field goals throughout the game, while Augustana averaged 36.2%.
UMD will return on Saturday, December 14th at 5:30PM to face NSIC opponent Wayne State in the Romano Gymnasium. Click here to view their full season schedule.
