UMD men’s hockey completes series sweep against Miami (Ohio)
UMD men's hockey celebrates a goal against Stonehill College.
The UMD men’s hockey team exploded for seven goals against Miami (Ohio) on Saturday to beat the RedHawks 7-2 and complete the series sweep.
Despite starting the game down 2-0, the Bulldogs rallied for seven straight goals to put away the RedHawks.
Two goals from Anthony Menghini and Blake Bechen led the team, while Jayson Shaugabay, Ty Hanson and Carter Loney all pitched in with a goal of their own as well.
The Bulldogs now turn to face Western Michigan on Friday, November 22nd, with puck drop set for 7:07 p.m.
