UMD men's hockey lands 7th in NCHC preseason poll
The National Collegiate Hockey Conference’s (NCHC) 2024-2025 Preseason Poll dropped on Wednesday, September 11.
The University of Minnesota Duluth (UMD) men’s hockey team landed seventh among the now nine NCHC programs. Denver University was picked to finish first ahead of the University of North Dakota in second, and Colorado College in third.
UMD finishes last season with a 12-20-5 overall record, and a 8-14-2 conference record.
This year will mark Scott Sandelin’s 25th season as head coach of the Bulldogs. Their season opener is Saturday, October 5 against Bemidji State University at AMSOIL Arena. For their full schedule, Click here.
