UMD men’s, women’s hockey stay 4th in USCHO polls

After being held to their least amount of goals a game this season at two a game. The University of Minnesota Duluth (UMD) women’s hockey team was still able to secure a sweep over MSU-Mankato and stay a top five team in the nation.
Improving to 6-0 on the season, the Bulldogs held on to their number four ranking in the latest USCHO poll.
Emma Soderberg, who made 24 saves on 25 shots faced, was named WCHA Goalie of the Week. Marking the second week in a row that she has been awarded the honor.
Coming off a bye week, the UMD men didn’t budge from their number four spot in the rankings.
The men visit Mankato this weekend, while the women have their bye.
