UMD names Adam Krause new Associate Head Coach

After the departure of long time Associate Head Coach Derek Plante, the UMD men’s hockey team had a big hole to fill behind the bench.
On Monday they announced the team has promoted former Assistant Coach Adam Krause as Plantes replacement.
Krause has been a part of the Bulldogs staff since 2018.
In that time he helped UMD win the 2019 NCAA Championship. While Last year helping them reach the National Tournament for the seventh consecutive season.
A Hermantown native, he played for UMD from 2011- 2015, serving as a captain for two seasons.
In 133 games he tallied 16 goals, and 21 assists.
