After capping off a stellar five year career with the University of Minnesota Duluth (UMD) women’s hockey team in the 2022 NCAA championship game, Anna Klein is now skating into the pros.
The former Bulldog captain, and Edina native, is continuing her career in her home state signing a one-year deal with the Minnesota Whitecaps of the Premier Hockey Federation.
Last season with UMD the forward shattered her career highs tallying 19 goals with 31 assists in 40 games played. She leaves as the program’s all-time leader in games played with 165.
With the Whitecaps she’ll join fellow Bulldog alums Sidney Morin, Sydney Brodt, and Ashleigh Brykaliuk.
