UMD women’s hockey upsets No. 1 Ohio State in overtime thriller

The Lady Bulldogs were back on the ice early Saturday morning for their second game against Ohio State, looking to get a spit in the series.
The Bulldogs tallied five goals, one in overtime, to win 5-4. Two of the Bulldog’s goals came from junior forward Clara Van Wieren, including the game-winner. The Bulldogs improve to 12-6-0 on the season.
The next time the women will be back in action is on December 9th and 10th as they host St. Thomas University as they host another two-game homestand. The game is set for 3:00 pm on both days.
