UMD's Anthony Menghini becomes latest Bulldog to enter transfer portal
The first day of the transfer portal saw zero UMD Bulldogs leaving the program. Since then, it’s been an onslaught of talent leaving. The next player leaving is Anthony Menghini, a big time offensive threat for the Bulldogs.
This past season he tallied 19 points, with 12 goals and 5 assists in the 35 games that he played. In his freshman season, Menghini put the puck in the back of the net eight times and two assists.
Matthew Perkins, Kyle Bettens, Zach Sandy, Aiden Dubinsky, Jack Smith and now Menghini, are the Bulldogs that have entered the portal since it opened.
