UMD pitcher Lauren Dixon has been named to the Division II Conference commissioners Association (D2CCA) All Region Second Team.

Dixon did it all this season and in her career as well, as she became the programs all-time leader in strikeouts, wins, games completed, starts, and innings pitched.

Dixon threw her first career no-hitter this season and owned the lowest era across her career in a single season of 1.60, as well as holding opposing batters to a .171 batting average, which served as another career low.

Dixon ranked sixth in the NCAA with seven shutouts and now has a UMD career record of 31.
