UMD’s Laing will be working with New England Patriots coaches at East-West Shrine Bowl

Some big news coming out of University of Minnesota Duluth football program, as their very own graduate student offensive lineman Brent Laing has made the roster for the East-West Shrine Bowl.
The East-West Shrine Bowl gives players a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to showcase their skills as the top senior college football all-stars in the country.
Friday’s exciting news was built up even more as the Patriots and Falcons coaching staff have been chosen for the game. Laing will be working under New England coaches.
A strong performance greatly impacts a player’s chances of a career in the NFL. Players like Tom Brady, Walter Payton, and Lawrence Taylor have all appeared in this annual game.
