UMD’s Quinn Olson is headed to the Ontario Reign to play in the American Hockey League (AHL).

The senior forward, who was an assistant captain the last two seasons, scored 21 points in 37 games with the Bulldogs this year.

Olson played in 175 career games at UMD over five seasons, finishing his career at UMD with 27 goals and 69 assists for 96 total points.

Olson was also part of two NCAA tournament appearances with UMD in 2021 and 2022 and helped capture an NCHC tournament championship during the 2021-22 season.
