Both the University of Wisconsin-Superior (UWS) men’s and women’s basketball teams earned regular season home finale wins over Crown College Wednesday in Superior.

First up, the UWS men beat Crown 51-39. Reid Johnson led the game for the Yellowjackets with 14 points. UWS improves to 12-12 and will close out their regular season visiting Minnesota Morris Saturday at 3 p.m.

Next, the UWS women downed Crown 74-43. Three Yellowjackets scored in the double digits; Emily Dehler led with 13 points, MyKenzie Leccia followed with 11, and Charlotte Ferstl added 10 points. UWS (14-10) closes out their regular season visiting Minnesota Morris Saturday at 4:45 p.m.
