No. 13 UWS men's hockey extends unbeaten streak to 12 in Eau Claire
November 30th still stands as UWS men’s hockey’s last loss, as they’ve now extended their unbeaten streak to 12 games with a 4-1 win over UW-Eau Claire on Friday.
Power plays were prevalent for the Yellowjackets and especially for Ikki Kogawa, who scored two power play goals for UWS, including the first goal of the game. In the second, Justin Dauphinais gave the Yellowjackets a 2-0 lead, and Kogawa scores his second of the game.
Dauphinais would score an empty net goal to ice the game at 4-1.
UWS will try to make it 13 straight games when they take on UWEC on Saturday at 7 p.m.
