UWS Men’s, Women’s soccer teams blank Martin Luther

It was a good day to be a Yellowjacket on Saturday, as the UWS Men’s soccer team defeated Martin Luther 7-0, while the women beat Martin Luther 4-0.

In one of the crazier stats you’ll see, Martin Luther, between both games, only had one shot on goal combined. In comparison, UWS had 52.

For the men, they scored early and often, including scoring a goal within eight seconds of the game starting.

On the women’s side, Niya Wilson did her part, scoring two of the Yellowjackets four goals.

Both Yellowjackets teams are in action again on Tuesday facing Crown College.
