UWS softball extends win streak to double digits with doubleheader sweep
The UWS softball teams winning streak has improved to 11 games, with 10-2 and 16-3 wins over Crown on Saturday.
In game one, Crown would actually take a 2-0 lead, but thanks to the likes of Norah Schmitz, Larissa Snyder, and Zoe Thomson, the Yellowjackets would go on to score 10 unanswered.
In game two, the game was blown wide open in the second inning, putting up nine runs in addition to the four that they scored in the first inning.
Both games ended in 5 innings due to the mercy rule.
UWS will look for win number 12 against UW-Stout on Tuesday.
