UWS women's hockey shuts out Northland College
The University of Wisconsin-Superior women’s hockey team looked to rebound after falling to WIAC opponent UW-Eau Claire on November 16th. On Friday November 22nd, the Yellowjackets faced Northland College on their home ice, sweeping with a 6-0 win.
Jenna Hoops led the Yellowjackets in goals, netting two. Taylee Marks, Gaby Andreacchi, Cora Coz and Darbie Mattson would all net one goal each during the game. UWS goaltender Molly Black would tally 9 saves against Northland College.
UWS will host another WIAC opponent, UW-Stevens Point, on Saturday November 23rd at 2PM.
