UWS volleyball's Jenna Anderson lands on AVCA All-Region first team
The University of Wisconsin-Superior women’s volleyball team saw one of their standout players named to the American Volleyball Coaches Association’s Division III All-Region IX first team.
Senior libero Jenna Anderson led the Upper Midwest Athletic Conference in digs this season, tallying 805 – averaging 6.65 per set. She ended her college career with 2,000 total digs.
The Bemidji native was also selected as the UMAC player of the week eight times this season.
UWS volleyball ended their season with a 24-8 record, falling in the UMAC championship game against Northwestern 3-0.
