Wilderness falls short to Jets in pursuit of playoff spot

On Thursday evening, the Minnesota Wilderness could not come out with a win, falling 2-1 in the first of two final games against the Janesville Jets for the 2024-25 regular season.

The Jets would put themselves in the lead early in the first period, with a goal from Sullivan Miller. The Wilderness would respond quickly with a goal of their own thanks to Ferry Netusil.

The score would remain tied going into the third period, but with two minutes left in the third, Joseph Hyten would net a goal for the Jets to win the game.
