It’s been 10 years since the Hibbing High School alumni marching band made music together down Howard Street.
So excitement is growing, because they’re getting ready to do it again in the Jubilee parade on Saturday.
It’s been an emotional time, as they know their beloved band director Art Hill is dealing with poor health.
Former drum major Julie Sandstede shared that she’s just one of thousands of students who Mr. Hill gave the confidence to go out and change the world.
