Halloween Carnival held for Rice Lake kids

The Rice Lake Volunteer Fire Department Auxiliary held their 38th Annual Halloween Carnival on Sunday, October 27.

The Rice Lake Volunteer Fire Department Auxiliary held their 38th Annual Halloween Carnival on Sunday, October 27. Auxiliary president Carlee Conradi said they like to hold the event because it allows kids who live in more rural areas to more easily get in on Halloween fun.

Conradi continued that the event has been able to go on for nearly four decades because the community has been so supportive.

“We’ve had support organizations, such as the Boy Scouts, who’ve helped volunteering for several years, said Conradi. “Prior to that, we had other community organizations helping out. So, through a collaborative effort to keep it going for as long as we have.”
