Justin Liles: Slowly warming up with some showers

August 20th: Sunshine Wednesday

Sunshine Wednesday

High pressure is still under control which is keeping drier weather in place. Some light sprinkles may pop up later near Brainerd. Winds will continue to be off the lake tomorrow, but temperatures will slowly increase as the high departs the rest of the week. Tomorrow morning could see some patchy fog.
The next show for seeing some rain will come Thursday and Friday. Although light now, locations are not pinned down yet, and it appears these will be overnight showers. No severe weather is expected. This weekend looks great with warmer temperatures and comfortable humidity.
