Scenic Rivers dental clinic in Cook closed due to flooding, working to replace equipment

Scenic Rivers dental clinic in Cook closed due to flooding

The only dental clinic in Cook is now closed due to the flooding from nearly two weeks ago.

It’s been nearly two weeks since the rains came pouring down, and led to the over flow of the Little Fork River in Cook.

Those waters have receded. But the damage has been done inside the Scenic Rivers dental clinic, the town’s only dental office.

The flooring needs to be replaced, along with the expensive dental chairs and other equipment.

CEO Keith Harvey said they hope to be open again in 3-6 weeks, but it won’t be at full capacity.

Scenic Rivers is a 501c3 non-profit.

If you’d like to help them replace their equipment, they have a fund: https://www.spotfund.com/story/a43dc7ba-feb1-482b-b1b0-84f0548790a0?source=s&share_location=c&SFID=ngkkzsc&referral_id=2899cfc3-238f-4eb7-9dc3-ed126614ced6
