It’s a cold and frosty start to the day with temps beginning in 20s and 30s. Temperatures rise nicely into the low to mid-50s under mostly cloudy skies. Sporadic light rain showers approach the Northland from the south in the late morning and taper off to the northeast tonight. Showers won’t be steady enough or last long enough to bring accumulation. Today’s minimal rain chance is the only opportunity for precipitation expected through the start of next week.
Cloudy skies linger overnight to keep temps milder with lows closer to 40. Early clouds clear for a sunny and comfortable Friday. Temps get another boost on a breezy southwest wind, allowing highs to reach into mid-50s to low 60s. Similarly mild conditions are with us each day through the middle of next week. It will be a quiet and comfortable stretch for Halloween festivities.
