A comfortable day lies ahead. Temps start off in teens and twenties this morning and rise to mid-30s to low 40s this afternoon under few clouds. Patchy fog has developed for localized pockets of the Northland overnight. These improve through mid-morning, then more widespread fog and poor visibility is possible tonight into Thursday morning. Lows stay in upper teens to mid-20s tonight under mostly cloudy skies.
Thursday will be another mild day with low to mid-30s, then a passing cold front triggers cooler but seasonable conditions Thursday night and Friday. We will then trend warmer through the weekend with highs above freezing on Sunday. The forecast continues to be rather dry as well. Thursday’s cold front will bring a few light snow showers, but only a dusting would be expected in most areas. The exception is the South Shore snowbelt where 1-3” is possible by early Friday morning.
