Justin Liles: Cold, breezy, and some snow
Light snow accumulations (are expected for most of the Northland through Saturday. Most areas will see an inch or less. However, some lingering lake-effect snow into Saturday night could produce greater than 2″ along portions of the South Shore, with the highest amounts up to 3″ to 6″ in Iron County, where a Winter Weather Advisory has been issued.
Winds will drop overnight tonight but are expected to increase tomorrow out of the northwest at 20 mph with gusts to 25 to 30 mph. Areas along the lake in southern Cook and Lake Counties could see gusts to near 45 mph. By Sunday the winds look to calm down a little, but it still looks to be a little blustery.
Breezy conditions will stick around through the middle of next week and we’ll see plenty of sunshine. Temperatures look to climb back into the upper 30s to lower 40s by then end of next week.

A 50 percent chance of snow. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 34. Windy, with a northwest wind 10 to 15 mph increasing to 20 to 25 mph in the afternoon. Winds could gust as high as 40 mph. New snow accumulation of less than a half inch possible.

Mostly sunny, with a high near 28. Blustery, with a northwest wind 10 to 15 mph.
MONDAY
Mostly sunny, with a high near 32. Breezy, with a southwest wind 5 to 15 mph, with gusts as high as 25 mph.
TUESDAY
Mostly sunny, with a high near 27. Breezy, with a west wind around 15 mph, with gusts as high as 25 mph.

Mostly sunny, with a high near 32. Breezy, with a west wind around 15 mph, with gusts as high as 20 mph.
