There is just a lot of nothing going on this week. A weak cold front is roll through this evening. The lowest part of our atmosphere is extremely dry and there isn’t much moisture to work with. Most of the afternoon and evening the environment will be trying to saturate the atmosphere. This will bring in the northern part of our viewing area. Some light rain and light snow are possible.

Once again, there won’t be enough snow to accumulate on the ground. Where some light snow does fall it’s possible for some slick spots Tuesday morning. Our conditions will warm some on Wednesday as warmer air get pumped in. There will be a secondary front coming in late Wednesday. Any moisture to tap into at this time will be little.

The only thing this front will likely do is bring in some much colder weather through the holiday. Travel conditions should be fine as the biggest threat will be blustery winds. Colder weather and drier conditions return by the end of the week and into the weekend.
