Justin Liles: Sunshine and warmth again tomorrow

Strong south to southwest winds that were observed earlier this morning into the afternoon will continue to ease from west to east as a dry cold front enters this evening. Expect a wind shift this evening tonight to the west and northwest following the cold front. High pressure will develop tomorrow, shifting winds to the southwest and eventually south by Wednesday evening. Wind speeds will be lower tomorrow compared to today, generally around 5 to 10 mph with gusts up to 15-20 mph.

Another round of strong southwest winds is likely on Thursday ahead of another cold front. Like today, strongest winds will be in the late morning and early afternoon over northwest Wisconsin. Increasing clouds preceding the cold front and a slight chance for rain and snow is likely Thursday. Temps will be trending cooler on Friday into the weekend. Another round of rain will return on Monday and Tuesday.
