Justin Liles: Temperatures set to climb the rest of the week
Gusty winds this afternoon will quickly taper off as the sunsets. A warming trend will take hold of the region starting tomorrow with highs soaring into the 40s by Thursday (about 15 degrees above normal). With mostly sunny skies tomorrow we could see portions of the Northland dry out into the lower 40s.
Winds should be light around 5-10 mph tomorrow but increase too breezy conditions for Thursday. The next chance for precipitation arrives Friday with a rain/snow mix expected. Currently little to no snow accumulation is anticipated.
