Whether you need to rake, clean your gutters, or just simply enjoy time outside, this is the weekend for you.

Today will be partly sunny with a southeasterly breeze keeping the North Shore a touch cooler than the rest of the region. Afternoon highs vary from the upper 50s to the upper 60s for the Northland. The southern portion of Minnesota will have a few spots in the low eighties.

Sunday will be slightly warmer with areas south of the Twin Ports reaching the low seventies. A few showers are possible by the head of the lake Sunday afternoon, but the focus for this weekend will be on the low-pressure system that will enter the upper Midwest late Sunday night.

Rain is likely starting at around 11 pm Sunday, becoming widespread overnight into Monday morning. Temperatures will drop during the day Monday. By Tuesday, we will be back to near normal temperatures with afternoon highs in the forties.
