February 22nd: Warm weekend continues

Warm weekend continues

We hope you are ready to get out and play this weekend. Temperatures are going to be wonderful with highs in the mid-30s both Saturday and Sunday. This is going to make for comfortable skiing weather in Hayward for the annual American Birkebeiner.

There will be a mixture of some sun and clouds as winds will be brisk at times. Overall winds won’t be to much of a problem. A clipper will work into the region from Canada late Sunday into Monday. There could be areas with a little freezing drizzle but most of us will see rain with the exception of some light snow through out the arrowhead. Our warmer trend will last well into next week.
