Justin Liles: Grandma’s Day has arrived!

Grandma’s Marathon looks to be starting off wet and a few thunderstorms are possible too. Additional rain is expected at times throughout the weekend. The heaviest amounts are expected over northwest Wisconsin where totals up to 1 to 1.5 inches are expected. Localized amounts could approach 2 inches. Totals around an inch around the Twin Ports, then lesser amounts up to half an inch further north. Northeast winds are expected Saturday, then northwest on Sunday. There will be additional chances for showers and storms on Monday late afternoon through early Tuesday morning.
