Justin Liles: Snow returns Friday afternoon and evening
Temperatures will get well below zero for one more night tonight, but light winds will limit wind chills to the -10° to -20°F. Temperatures will warm up rather quickly ahead of another clipper system set to roll through by tomorrow afternoon and evening. This could bring in a slick afternoon and early evening commute.
Most areas will see a trace to 2 inches, but 3-4 inches are possible along portions of the North Shore. Winds are expected to be rather breezy throughout the weekend.

Milder conditions are looking to stick with us through the weekend and into next week.
