Another bright day for the start of the school year. The Northland will be seeing sunshine and temperatures in the upper 70s to low 80s by the afternoon. A few light passing showers may be spotted across the northern regions of the Iron this afternoon. Tomorrow the sunny, bright conditions will continue for the day part. Temperatures will return to the upper 70s and low 80s.

More rain chances move in for the middle of the week along a cold front. Wednesday evening through Friday a marginal risk for strong to severe storms can be expected as well as a half of an inch of rain.

After the precipitation clears, temperatures will trend cooler and skies will be clouded. By next week conditions will return to fair in the mid-seventies.
