Lea Zmurko: Another brisk and bright day
Starting off with those cold conditions sticking around for Northern Minnesota, wind chills stay near of below -30 degrees until mid-morning. Wind chills returned to near the Cold Weather Advisory threshold overnight as we are experiencing a series of brisk mornings here. The dense cold will continue to be present in the early mornings as high pressure remains overhead through Thursday morning as well.
Overall, temperatures are consistently staying 15 to 20 degrees below normal for the next week, many highs are staying in the single digits, and overnight lows are dropping well below zero.

The skies will be dry today and tomorrow for most of the Northland as a clipper stays to the Southeast this afternoon, northern Wisconsin can expect a few light flurries, but most accumulation will steer near eastern Wisconsin and Michigan.
The Northland will get its snow flurry fix on Friday afternoon as a clipper cut across central Minnesota and northwest Wisconsin. Measurable snow will stay south of the Iron range and up to 3-4 inches can be expected in northern Wisconsin as the system crosses eastward through the evening hours.
