It will be a cloudy Tuesday with passing showers throughout the morning. Isolated non-severe thunderstorms will arrive in the late afternoon to localized areas Temperatures will make their way to the upper 60s low 70s by the early evening hours. This will kick off an active wet and warm pattern that will carry us into the weekend.

Skies will clear out in the overnight before another low-pressure system arrives for Wednesday. This round of storms brings in a risk for severe weather for the afternoon and into the evening. The risk of damaging winds and large hail remains moderate in the Brainard Lakes region stretching into Northwest Wisconsin.

Temperatures will make their way into the low 80s as the week continues. The trend of higher temperatures will allow for a greater daytime heating effect. With the moisture in the atmosphere mixing in, it will be encouraging for isolated showers in the evenings as go through the end of the week.

Chance of precipitation is 80%. New rainfall amounts between a tenth and quarter of an inch, except higher amounts possible in thunderstorms.
