Today will begin with temperatures in the mid-50s and only warm by around 10 degrees by the afternoon. Cloud coverage will increase midday.
A gusty northwest wind will reach 15-20 mph by around 11 am and stay strong until the evening hours. Afternoon highs will be in the 60s.
Monday will be mostly sunny with highs in the 70s. A southeast wind will keep temperatures a few degrees cooler along the North Shore.
Rain chances return late Monday night into Tuesday morning, reaching International Falls by around midnight, the Twin Ports by around 6 am, and moving into the U.P. by 9 am. There will be a break from rain in the late morning hours before scattered showers return in the evening.
