Tonight will be cloudy with overnight lows in the upper 20s to low 30s. A calm wind will pick up from the east by morning.
Wednesday will be another day with temperatures well above normal. Highs will be in the 40s with the possibility of a few spots in northern Wisconsin reaching 50 degrees.
Rain chances return Wednesday, mostly staying towards the international border until the evening. Rain will become widespread by Thursday morning rush hour and continue through Thursday.
Cooler air will enter the region Thursday evening, so we will likely see some snow mix in with the rain. A rain/snow mix will continue through Friday.
